WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

Standard delivery to UK postal addresses start at £5.50. Expedited services i.e. via courier or 'Royal Mail Signed For' start at £6.99. View a complete list of delivery options here 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders made before 1pm from Monday to Friday are prepared and shipped on the same day. Purchases made after this will be sent the following working day. If your order is urgent, please email us (with your order details) and we will endeavour to grant your request although during our busier times this is not guaranteed.

HOW LONG DO DELIVERIES TAKE?

Items sent via courier or Special Delivery: 1 working day. Standard delivery via Royal Mail is estimated 1-3 days from the day items are shipped. We will notify you via email once your order is sent out.

I MADE A MISTAKE WHILE ORDERING - CAN I CHANGE IT?

Absolutely! These things happen! Email mail@shavenravendesigns.co.uk or send us a message via the form on our contact page stating the error as soon as you can (don’t forget to include the order number that was generated post-checkout) and we’ll amend things on our end.
