Should you receive your order and find the items to be damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at: mail@shavenravendesigns.co.ukYou will then have the option of either having the items replaced by us or receiving a full refund. Returned goods must be securely boxed, packaged and returned with all the original packaging supplied. You are responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Unfortunately we cannot refund for goods damaged in the post.
