If the same order includes other smaller items, like gift tags and greeting cards, we'll automatically send them to you in a large board backed envelope along with the rolled sheets for no extra fee.
Please note: all wrapping sheets are sent folded by default - you must select the correct option during checkout to ensure your gift wrap is sent unfolded

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
Standard delivery to UK postal addresses start at £4.65. Expedited services i.e. via Parcelforce or 'Royal Mail Signed For' start at £8.95. View the complete list of delivery options here
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday, usually within 48 hours - so we estimate 1-4 working days (from the day of purchase). If your order is urgent, please email us (with your order details) and we will endeavour to grant your request although during our busier times this is not guaranteed.
HOW LONG DO DELIVERIES TAKE?
Items sent via Parcelforce 24: 1 working day. Standard delivery via Royal Mail is estimated 1-3 days from the day items are shipped. We will notify you via email once your order is sent out.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No unfortunately we do not ship to addresses outside of the U.K. at this time. We are currently seeking to rectify this issue - feel free to sign up to our mailing list for updates

I MADE A MISTAKE WHILE ORDERING - CAN I CHANGE IT?
Absolutely! These things happen! Email mail@shavenravendesigns.co.uk or send us a message via the form on our contact page stating the error as soon as you can (don’t forget to include the order number that was generated post-checkout) and we’ll amend things on our end.
